Shipping policy

We’re just as excited as you are to get your order moving. Here’s the lowdown on how we handle shipping at Ink & Ember Supply Co.:


📦 Processing Times

Orders typically ship out within 1 - 2 business days after your purchase.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, but we hustle Monday through Friday.

Heads up: During peak times, sales, or holidays, things might take a little longer. We'll always do our best to keep things on track.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx — depending on your location and what you’re ordering.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. You’ll see everything before you hit that final button.


📬 Tracking Info

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
Sometimes it takes a day or so for tracking to update — don’t stress if it’s not showing right away.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once we hand off your order to the carrier, it’s literally out of our hands. We’re not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Packages marked “delivered” that you didn’t receive

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we’re not shipping internationally. If that changes, you’ll be the first to know.


📫 Wrong Address?

Double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If you gave us the wrong address and the package gets returned, we’ll need to charge shipping again to resend it.
