Returns & Refunds

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. At Ink & Ember Supply Co., we want to make returns as stress-free as possible. Here’s how it works:


🗓️ How Long Do I Have?

You’ve got 14 days from when your order hits your doorstep to request a return. After that, we unfortunately can’t take it back.


📦 What Can Be Returned?

You’re good to go as long as:

  • The item is unused, unworn, with tags still on, and in the original packaging

  • You’ve got a receipt or proof of purchase

If you’re unsure, just shoot us a message. We’re happy to help.


🚚 Shipping It Back (On Us)

Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.

Just a heads up: Don’t send anything back before getting approval — we won’t be able to process it.

🔄 Need to Exchange Something?

Quickest move?

  1. Request a return for the item you don’t want

  2. Once it’s approved, place a new order for the item you do

Easy peasy.


💸 Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 2% restocking fee to help us cover the time and care it takes to process things properly.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

We can’t take back:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened beauty products or personal care items

  • Custom or personalized gear

  • Flammable liquids, gases, or anything considered hazardous

If you’re not sure if your item qualifies, just reach out. We’re not here to hassle you.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We hate when that happens. If something shows up broken, defective, or just plain wrong — email us right away at prettyininkreno@gmail.com and we’ll make it right, fast.


💰 When You’ll Get Your Refund

Once we get your return and give it a look:

  • If it’s approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card company may need a few extra days to process it
