Returns & Refunds
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. At Ink & Ember Supply Co., we want to make returns as stress-free as possible. Here’s how it works:
🗓️ How Long Do I Have?
You’ve got 14 days from when your order hits your doorstep to request a return. After that, we unfortunately can’t take it back.
📦 What Can Be Returned?
You’re good to go as long as:

The item is unused, unworn, with tags still on, and in the original packaging

You’ve got a receipt or proof of purchase
If you’re unsure, just shoot us a message. We’re happy to help.
🚚 Shipping It Back (On Us)
Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.
Just a heads up: Don’t send anything back before getting approval — we won’t be able to process it.

💸 Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 2% restocking fee to help us cover the time and care it takes to process things properly.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
We can’t take back:

Final sale items

Gift cards

Opened beauty products or personal care items

Custom or personalized gear

Flammable liquids, gases, or anything considered hazardous
If you’re not sure if your item qualifies, just reach out. We’re not here to hassle you.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
We hate when that happens. If something shows up broken, defective, or just plain wrong — email us right away at prettyininkreno@gmail.com and we’ll make it right, fast.
💰 When You’ll Get Your Refund
Once we get your return and give it a look:

If it’s approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card company may need a few extra days to process it
